I was very skeptical about using a freelance tech professional because I wasn't sure if the quality of work would compare to some of the larger computer repair services out there. But, I needed my problem fixed fast and for a reasonable cost. After finding Burlington IT Guy online and doing some pre-screening, I decided to give him a try. He answered a lot of questions for me up front and put me at ease right away. He not only did the pick-up of my computer, but he had it up and running within a few short days.
